What this site collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy describes how Superior Insurance Partners, LLC dba Sokol Eisenberg Insurance collects, uses, and discloses information through this website and related communications. It applies to people in the United States who visit the site, request information, or become agency clients. It does not replace any separate privacy notice provided with an insurance application or policy.
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, postal address or ZIP code, organization, communication preference, coverage interests, current carrier, renewal timing, and anything you include in a form, chat, email, text, or telephone conversation.
The site may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring page, pages viewed, buttons or links used, and dates and times of visits.
If you ask us to quote, place, or service coverage, we may also receive policy, claims, underwriting, financial, health, or other insurance-related information from you, insurers, wholesale partners, consumer-reporting sources, and service providers as permitted by law.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from insurers and vendors involved in serving your request. We use it to respond to you; communicate by your chosen channels; prepare, place, and service coverage; maintain agency records; protect the site and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve site content and performance.
We do not sell or rent customer or lead contact lists for money, and we do not send those lists to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing. A request submitted through this site goes to our agency, not to a lead marketplace that resells it to multiple agents.
We disclose information when needed to operate the agency, provide the service you requested, measure website use, and, when you allow advertising, measure campaigns and support advertising audiences. Disclosure of browser, device, and visit information to advertising providers may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws, even without payment. You can turn off Advertising in Privacy Choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control for advertising.
Essential storage supports site security, forms, and your privacy choices. A se-gpc session cookie records the browser’s current Global Privacy Control signal so our server and privacy controls apply it consistently. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes requests needed to serve the site, which may include IP addresses and technical request information. Turning off optional tracking does not turn off hosting or essential site features.
Google Tag Manager manages our Google Analytics 4 and Vibe tags. Analytics is on by default for this U.S. website unless you turn it off. Google Analytics receives visit information such as page URLs and titles, referring URLs, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and approximate location. Google Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_ identifiers. Google processes the information under its terms and privacy practices.
Advertising is off until you allow it in Privacy Choices. When allowed, Google Ads and the Vibe advertising pixel may receive page visits, referring URLs, device and browser details, IP addresses, identifiers, and campaign information to measure advertising and support audience targeting. These providers may combine information with other information they hold under their own privacy practices. Google advertising cookies may include _gcl_ identifiers. Vibe uses a first-party _vb visitor identifier; providers may also use storage or identifiers on their own domains. Google provides measurement reports to us; information sent to providers can include online identifiers.
We send separate Google Consent Mode signals for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization. Advertising signals are granted only when Advertising is allowed. Site-enforced browser restrictions block the configured advertising endpoints, including Vibe, when Advertising is off. Turning Analytics off disables GA4 collection. Optional tags do not run when JavaScript is disabled.
Your choices are saved in a first-party se-privacy cookie for up to 180 days and in browser local storage under se-privacy-choices-v2 until you clear it. Advertising permission depends on the cookie; after it expires, Advertising stays off until you allow it again. Choices apply to this browser and device; you may need to choose separately on other devices. Older Analytics opt-outs are preserved and never treated as permission for advertising. Saving a choice refreshes the page so it takes effect for running tags as well as future visits.
We do not intentionally send Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records, form contents, or insurance application contents to advertising or analytics tools. Avoid including sensitive information in page URLs or general website forms. You can also restrict cookies through your browser. We cannot remove a provider's third-party cookies directly or recall information already transmitted before an opt-out.
Use Privacy Choices in the footer to control Analytics and Advertising separately, or choose Reject optional to turn both off. The first-visit notice also offers Accept all and Manage choices. Essential features remain available regardless of your optional choices. We clear accessible first-party Google tracking cookies when optional tracking is turned off.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as an opt-out of advertising disclosure for this browser. Advertising remains off even if you previously allowed it, and it cannot be enabled while GPC is on. GPC does not automatically turn off Analytics; use the separate Analytics choice to do that. We use the GPC signal, rather than the older Do Not Track header, to apply this browser-level advertising opt-out.
This site and these controls are intended for a United States audience. Rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, vary by state and may have exceptions for insurance information. Contact us to submit a request or appeal a decision. We will review it under applicable law and verify identity when needed. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of their authority. We do not require payment or a purchase to exercise applicable privacy rights.
When you check the consent box on a form, you authorize Sokol Eisenberg Insurance to call, text, or email you about that request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may use MindMe or another communications provider to deliver messages, record consent, and process opt-outs.
We may retain consent and opt-out records to document your choices and comply with communications laws. An opt-out stops the applicable marketing channel; it does not prevent service or transactional messages that are permitted by law.
As an insurance agency, we are subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy rules that govern nonpublic personal financial information. Information handled under those rules is treated according to them and may be exempt from general state consumer-privacy laws. Health information used for insurance underwriting is handled under applicable insurance and privacy requirements; this website is not a health-care provider portal.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records, or policy documents into a general website form or chat. If we need sensitive information, an advisor will arrange an appropriate way to provide it.
At your direction, we disclose information to insurers, wholesale partners, and other parties involved in obtaining, placing, or servicing coverage. Those companies handle information under their own privacy practices and applicable insurance rules.
We also disclose information to vendors that help us operate the agency and website, including providers of hosting, security, maps, forms, customer communications, analytics, and advertising when allowed. These include Netlify for hosting, MindMe for customer communications, Google for Analytics and Ads, and Vibe for advertising measurement. We may disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by law, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not authorize these operational recipients to sell our customer or lead lists.
The virtual assistant is currently disabled. If we enable it, it can answer general questions, take a service request, or pass your details to an advisor. It does not bind coverage or provide final pricing. Conversations may be processed and retained by a service provider to deliver the feature, maintain security, and improve service quality.
We keep inquiries, consent records, policy information, and opt-out records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide and document services, honor communication choices, resolve disputes, and meet insurance, tax, legal, and regulatory retention requirements. Our analytics provider retains information according to our settings and its applicable terms. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
You may contact us to ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review the request, verify identity when appropriate, and respond as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for policy servicing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, consent documentation, or other permitted purposes.
You can use Privacy Choices in the footer to turn Analytics and Advertising off or back on independently, subject to Global Privacy Control for Advertising. You may also manage cookies in your browser, reply STOP to marketing texts, and use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. You may contact us using the details below. We will not deny insurance service because you made a privacy request, although deleting information may prevent us from completing a quote or servicing a request.
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new last-updated date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
